Jim McDonald & Mary Keith McDONALD, July 19, 2021 Our dear Patsy will long be remembered for her love of God, family and friends. We were blessed to be considered one of her friends. Oh how she loved to talk, share stories, ask about family, discuss work or politics, and sip Chardonnay. Christmas was always a time of great celebration for her. She would host Christmas parties all with great food, unique ornaments and special gifts. Christmas cards were a time for her to stay in touch and let everyone know she was thinking of them. Patsy loved her family so very much. She also loved her cats and her homes were filled with family photos and artifacts as well as beautiful plants year round. She had an amazing green thumb. She was incredibly dedicated to her work. Design was an integral part of her life, Patsy was well read and active in community organizations. Grand Rapidians were sad to see her move. We will miss Patsy and we will treasure our memories forever. Peace dear friend. Until we meet again. Love, Kath and Larry Vande Voren xoxo Kathy Keating Vande Voren, July 19, 2021 I met Patsy in Grand Rapids, Michigan through my brother, Tom Walker, years ago. Patsy helped us come up with ideas for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. I will be forever grateful to Patsy for sharing her wonderful ideas. We have lived in San Antonio, Texas, for 20 years now. Patsy came and shared some good times with us here in the San Antonio area. She loved her family and Texas, and these two subjects always came through in Patsy's company. We will certainly miss the lovely Patsy Jackson....
