Patricia (Patti/Pat) Joe McClish, 80, of Celina Texas, went to Heaven on Thursday, January 30, 2020.
She was born to the late Cecil and Margie Bryant, on May 23, 1939, in Childress, Texas. Patti graduated from Vega High School. She married Wayne McClish on August 29, 1958, and they lived together in Amarillo, Texas. Patti and Wayne relocated to Carrollton, Texas, in 1972. They also lived in El Dorado, Arkansas, and most recently in Celina, Texas.
Patti was a hairdresser for 47 years until she retired. She was a fantastic cook and homemaker extraordinaire. She was also a supporter and pioneering fan of motocross racing in Texas.
Patti was a Believer in Jesus Christ and a longtime member of The United Methodist Church and UMW (United Methodist Women). She was a faithful and loving wife. Patti was very passionate about her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Patti is survived by her husband, Wayne McClish of Celina, Texas; sister, Sharyn Kirkland of Edmond, Oklahoma; two children and their spouses: Barry and Elizabeth McClish, of Shreveport, Louisiana; Larry and Kary McClish, of Oak Point, Texas. She also is survived by three grandchildren, Lauren Lewis, Mason McClish, and Tanner McClish; along with fourteen great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held in her honor at 12:00 p.m., Monday, February 17, 2020, at Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home, 109 South Oklahoma, Celina, Texas.
