Patricia Caroline "Pat" Restoff

Patricia Caroline “Pat” Restoff was born January 24, 1932 at East St. Louis, Illinois to Robert H. Robinette and Nellie Jane Scott Robinette. She married the love of her life Charles Joseph Restoff, Sr. on July 3, 1948 in East St. Louis, Illinois. She passed away at her home in Lavon, Texas surrounded by her family on Friday, March 1, 2019 at the age of 87.

Pat enjoyed life. She loved her family and being a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She loved her hats. She was a lifelong Christian and a member of the First Baptist Church, Josephine, Texas where she joined at age 72 through baptism. She considered everyone at FBC Josepine as her family. As babies where born she made crocheted blankets for as long as she could still crochet. She loved participating in Vacation Bible School every summer.  She loved watching baseball and college basketball. She was greatly loved and will be missed.

Pat is survived by her son, Carl Thomas Restoff of Everman; daughters, Jane Marie Lovins of Bragg City, Missouri, Rita LaVerne Bell and husband Jeff of Belleville, Illinois, Rosemary Anne Farmer-Bellows and husband Joe of Lavon; son, Charles Joseph Restoff and wife Susan of Gloucester, Virginia; daughter, Patricia Caroline Restoff of Mount Sterling, Kentucky; grandchildren, Kimberly, Carl Jr., Kristina, Cory, Kelly, Benjamin, Jay, Jamie, Nancy, Joseph, Cathy, Jesse, Matt, Nicole, Dianna, C.J., Jennifer, and Jonathan; 36 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 52 years, Charles Restoff; son, Michael Jerome Restoff; grandson, Vincent Lovins; son-in-law, Richard Lovins; 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00PM, Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the First Baptist Church, Josephine, Texas. Brother Rick Ballard will officiate. Pallbearers will be Matt Bellows, Bryan Kelley, Anthony Kelley, Chris Estes, Joseph Farmer and Marcus Murray. Burial will follow at Carson Cemetery, Ector, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 6-8PM, Monday, March 4, 2019 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, Whitewright, Texas.
