O. C. Lokey, age 89, of Princeton, Texas, passed away on April 1, 2017. He was born on March 1, 1928, in Princeton, Texas, to Horace and Tessie Ann (Thorn) Lokey. On September 26, 1958 O.C. married Paulene Ann Justice in Durant, Oklahoma. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. O.C. retired from Southwestern Bell after 31 years of service. He was a past member of the Princeton VFW, Princeton School Board and Princeton Cemetery Board. O.C. was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline Lokey of Princeton, Texas; sons, Herman Lokey and wife Lisa of Princeton, Texas, Randy Lokey and wife Kelly of McKinney, Texas; son-in-law, Alan Westfall of Atoka, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Brady and Baylee Lokey, Nick Beaty and Farrah Lokey, Ashley Lokey, Paula Ray Westfall, Jamie Westfall, Shane Westfall, Kelli Westfall and Kim Kidwell; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Hettie Mae Vaughan of McKinney, Texas and Theresa McKinney of Telephone, Texas; many other loving relatives and friends.
O.C. is preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Tessie Ann Lokey; daughter, Diana Westfall; sisters, Velma Corzine and Cristell Corzine.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Princeton Cemetery. The family will receive friends during a visitation being held Monday evening, April 3, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
