Nicolas “Nick” Rodriguez passed away October 26, 2020 at the age of 44 in Frisco, Texas. He was born on August 15, 1976 to Inocencio Rodriguez and Juana Correa in Harlingen, Texas. Nick grew up in McKinney, Texas and graduated from McKinney High School in 1994. He proudly served his country in the United States Marines from 1995 to 2003. Nick married Araceli “Sally” Romero on August 16, 2003 in Denton, Texas. He was employed by Capital One where he has worked since 2001 in the auto financing department as a support manager. Nick loved the Dallas Cowboys and in his spare time he enjoyed carpentry work.
He is survived by his wife, Sally Rodriguez of Frisco, Texas; son, Christian Rodriguez of Frisco, Texas; brothers, Francisco Rodriguez and wife, Zelda of McKinney, Texas, J.R. Rodriguez of Garland, Texas, Juan Rodriguez and wife, Irma of Forney, Texas, Luis Rodriguez of Garland, Texas; sisters, Maria Ramona Gonzales and husband, Refugio of Whitewright, Texas, Maria Angela R. Garza and husband, Fernando of Whitewright, Texas, Adelita R. Olvera and husband, Eliseo of Garland, Texas; several nieces and nephews and a host of other loving family and friends.
Nick was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Joe Rodriguez and sister, Nicolasa Lopez.
A rosary service will be held on November 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. and a "come and go" visitation from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
A funeral mass service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 2, 2020 at St Michael the Archangel Church, 411 Paula Road, McKinney, Texas 75069.
Following the funeral service, a procession will make its way to Ridgeview Memorial Park for a committal service where all are invited to attend the committal service maintaining social distancing or you may remain in your vehicle. You will be able to listen to the service through speakers set up at the gravesite.
In support of our local, state and federal government including the CDC directives and to protect the physical health, safety and well-being of our community, only a limited number of guests will be allowed to attend the Funeral Service.
