Though I didn't have the opportunity to meet you formally in life, I have worked with your son David and proud to call him friend. I know you were a caring and loving human being because your son exudes the same qualities. I also know you loved your son and cherished him, as he has spoken so fondly of you to me. I know you are proud of your son, as his pride shines when he speaks of you. Forever in God's embrace you shall be. Elisa Castillo, June 26, 2012 The picture of Nedra is perfect - always ready with a smile to brighten the day. Her love of butterflies, history, glass and family, will carry on. You will be missed. Freeman and Jeannie Moore, June 26, 2012 David and Mitch, carry on with Don and Nedra's legacy, legacy of life, love, and laughter, and carry their memories to their granchildren and beyond. They faced things with grace, humor, and good sense. They will be greatly missed. God bless you all. Bert and Donna Kennedy, June 26, 2012 I will always remember your ready laugh, Nedra. You and Don were a joy to be with. So many good memories, so many wonderful stories. You are already missed, dear girl. Emily Seate, June 26, 2012 I was so blessed to know this wonderful "butterfly lady" as her former pastor and forever friend!! Nedra always made you smile when you were around her. I loved to hear her stories and was always impressed with her love of the church and of her family and most importantly, her Lord. Truly she is like that butterfly now - out of the cocoon of pain in this life - transformed into a beautiful butterfly, in new life with Christ forever. Thanks be to God for Nedra Tinney. MJ Fitch, June 26, 2012 Nedra was in several of my BSF classes, and she was so much fun to be with. I don't know anyone who volunteered more at her chuch or was involved in so many activities despite her health issues. I will miss her big smile and humor. Knowing her, heaven is already being reorganized to better serve the God's angels. Nancy M. Lochridge, June 25, 2012 Nedra was a angle that always displayed the joy of the lord in her talk and walk. The gifts were always beautifully wrapped, well thought out, and ALWAYS extra special....just like you! I am thankful that you are no longer in pain or suffering. Rejoice! I will always keep my promise that I made you auntie. I love you and I will catch up with you when I get there! Love, Your "favorite niece" Rhonda Kay Tinney, June 25, 2012 Nedra was a very loving person and always wanted to have fun. I always had a wonderful time being around Nedra. She seemed to be an older sister like my other two. I will miss her on earth, but she will always live in my heart and will be looking over us all. God Bless her. W. Mark Singer, June 24, 2012
