IN LOVING MEMORY

Neal Antony Zurbriggen, Jr.

May 08 1975 - Jun 07 2022

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Neal Antony Zurbriggen, Jr., age 47, of Dallas, Texas. He went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Neal was born May 8, 1975, in St. Louis, Missouri to Neal, Sr. and Charlotte Zurbriggen. He married his soulmate, Crystal (Nolan) Zurbriggen on August 24, 2019.

Neal was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He had a love for muscle cars and old school Volkswagens that he shared with many family members and friends. One of his passions was traveling with Crystal and together they traveled all over. A spot they frequently vacationed was Florida and was also where they decided to get married. He loved having gatherings with his wife, family and friends; always making sure everyone around him was having a good time. He loved spending holiday weekends at Lake Texoma RV’ing, boating and BBQing. Everyone was always invited and didn’t need to bring anything; just yourself, a smile, the “party”, and to be ready for just one more. He loved to smile and laugh, which was infectious to those around him. Neal also had a love for animals, especially their cats that doubled as his “co-workers” when he worked from home. He was a master of many trades and a joker to all including always having a nickname for any new or old friends. Neal dearly loved his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all of them.

Neal is survived by his beloved wife, Crystal Zurbriggen; children, Mason and Chase Zurbriggen; mother, Charlotte Zurbriggen; siblings, Sean Zurbriggen, Kristen Kingston and husband Scott, Jamie Gustafson and husband Ben; nephews and nieces, Alex and Kaitlyn Gustafson, Noah and Hudsynn Kingston, Easton and Berkleigh Zurbriggen, Bryanna Cowell, Leila and Joaquin Zurbriggen; uncles and aunts, Scott and Betty Lu Zurbriggen, Pat Moeckel, Jackie and Rudy Sisk, Sherry and Robert Lord and other loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon, Thursday, June 30, 2022 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North in Allen, Texas.  The service will be followed by a procession to his final resting place at Ridgeview West Memorial Park, 12130 Peaceful Lane in Frisco, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at the funeral home.

The service will be livestreamed at celebrationoflife.tv.  After the service, the recorded livestream will be available at the same link location.
