A celebration of life service will be held in the honor of Nancy Valderrama of Allen, Texas under the care and direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
Nancy’s viewing will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and her funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
Nancy was born on November 10, 1961, in Lamesa, Texas. Nancy finished her battle with anaplastic thyroid cancer on June 7, 2022. From the moment Nancy was born, she was ready to face any obstacle and was full of positivity. This proved true even when her health declined. Her faith never wavered, and she was incredibly strong throughout her journey. Nancy enjoyed watching movies, dancing in the kitchen, spending time with family and going to the casino. She was bubbly, welcoming and never met a stranger. Nancy was also passionate about helping others, which is why she enjoyed working in Human Resources for over 30 years.
Nancy married the love of her life, Jimmy. They were married over 41 years. Nancy loved being a mother and a nana. The Valderrama household was full of joy, laughter, and love. Nancy’s family will always remember her as a planner, happy, generous, faithful, sweet, stylish, and everybody loved her Thanksgiving dressing. Nancy will be greatly missed by so many!
She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Gonzales; mother, Delia Gonzales; and brother, Louis Gonzales. Nancy is survived by her husband, Jimmy Valderrama of Allen, Texas; daughter, Tunisia and husband, Ken Harris of Wylie, Texas; and their three children, Maysen, Kayden, and Beckett; daughter, Stephanie and husband, Ryan Schmidt of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
