Nancy Lou Munn Neill was born January 23, 1946 in Terrell, Texas to Robert and Mildred Munn. She went to meet the Lord on August 15, 2023 in McKinney, Texas.
Nancy graduated from Irving High School in 1964 and later received an associate degree from Grayson Junior College in Denison, Texas. Her first job was as a clerk at Irving Bank and Trust where she met Clark. Clark says they first noticed each other when walking through the bank's revolving door and they have been going around and around ever since.
Her most fun job was when working as a Pet Department Manager in the Walmart Superstore in Sherman, Texas for ten or more years. While there she received awards for being the number one Pet Department in all the Walmart stores across the US for five consecutive years. Thus earning her a trip to Bentonville, Arkansas to accept her award and meet Sam Walton and his two dogs.(She was really excited about meeting his dogs)
While living in Sherman, Texas she belonged to the Grace Methodist Church, then later joined the First Baptist Church in Celina, before finally joining the First Christian Church in Weston in 2006. Nancy had great faith in the Lord and in the power of prayer. Each morning before her feet touched the floor, she would take her prayer list of names and pray for each person on the list. She was an example of what is called a "Prayer Warrior".
She is survived by her husband, Clark Neill; daughter, Rebecca Ann Kreiger; son, John Clark Neill; granddaughter, Emily Kreiger; grandsons, Michael and Matthew Kreiger; and brother, Terry Zane Munn.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Dew Munn, mother, Mildred Joyce Munn, and brother, Robert Dew Munn II.
