Dearest Andrea and Jim, What a beautiful, lovely mother you have been blessed with for many wonderful decades. She has been there with you, teaching you and guiding you each day. She set the example of nurturing others and you have been obedient to the end caring and loving her. Thank you. We were blessed to know your family through Poppy when he married Mother and we joined this large, close knit Young family. I know the days ahead will feel empty indeed. However, the memories of her devotion to you, her children and grandchildren will be treasured forever. I am praying for you and yours. Linda Proctor-Moore, December 3, 2018 I have such precious memories of my dear aunt. She was always loving and gracious!! Karolyn Rusch, December 1, 2018 I enjoyed the video very much and seeing all our family at happy times in our lives. I am very proud of our family and all the accomplishments that each have made. We have continued to stay together and have our yearly family reunion. We have a rich heritage and I am very proud of being a Young. Yolanda Young Birdwell, December 1, 2018 Her name was Mrs. Bloom when we first met in early June 1974. Her daughter, Andrea Bloom, introduced me. In a few weeks on July 12, 1974 Mrs. Bloom became my mother-in-law as her daughter, Andrea Bloom, became my wife. Mrs. Bloom became my second mom! Mom’s name would change to Mema in 1978 & 1980 as our two kids, Brooke & Nick were born. Mema’s husband Andy would depart in 2001 to Heaven. Mema moved near us & in 2005 moved in with us. Her daughter & my wife Andrea spent 17 years caring for her mom every day. She was such a joy to all of us & we will miss her so much. Mema has joined her husband Andy in Heaven. “Absence of the Body & in the presence of the Lord.“ Jim Lee
