Mrs Barbara Ann (Corley) Howeth passed away November 30, 2023 at her residence in Allen, Texas. She was 89 years old, born on September 9, 1934, at her grandparents' home, Charlie and Lilly Carter, in Jefferson, Texas
Barbara was a beloved wife and mother, a Licensed Vocational Nurse, retired from Henderson Memorial Hospital in Henderson, Texas. She was a member of Roquemore Baptist Church, and the Order of the Eastern Star. She loved Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior, and enjoyed crocheting, gardening, and caring for and loving her precious pets.
She was preceded in death by her son, Marshall Steven Corley of Henderson, Texas; parents, Arthur Leonard Thompson and Lulie Bess Carter Thompson; brother, Tommy Thompson, all of Baytown, Texas; sister, Shirley Thompson Whiteside, and husband, John Whiteside of Chireno, Texas; and late husband, Nathan Howeth of Henderson, Texas.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Deborah Corley, of Plano, TMax, granddaughters, April Thomas of San Antonio, Texas and Carly Thomas Seidel and husband, Olly Seidel; great-grandchildren, Morgan Applewhite of Allen, Texas, Paul Seidel, and Grace Seidel, both of Allen, Texas, and Riley Gourley of Corpus Christi, Texas; extended family, Mike, Kassity, Eion, Max, and Madison Cole of Atlanta, Georgia; stepdaughter, Belinda Howeth Deal and husband, Tom Deal; and granddaughters, Kelsey and Michelle Deal of Tyler, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family, and friends.
