Mildred Hart Spencer, age 88, passed away on March 22, 2007 in Celina, Texas. She was born on August 16, 1918 in Little Elm, Texas to Mary Emma “Crickett” (Gammon) and Elzy D. Hart. She was an Accountant with the Government. Mildred is survived by her nieces Pat Whitworth of Frisco, Texas, Barbara Bryson of Collinsville, Texas, Sandra Hale of Caddo Mills, Texas; nephews, Keith Johnson of Georgetown, Texas, Buba Johnson of Krum, Texas, Jerry Johnson of Eustace, Texas, Tommy Johnson of Aubrey, Texas; close friend, Lyn Foster of Mesquite, Texas. Mildred is preceded in death by her son George T. Spencer; parents, Mary and Elzy Hart; sister, Juanita Johnson; brother, Buster Hart. A Graveside Service will be held at Little Elm Cemetery on Saturday, March 24, 2007 at 11:00 AM in Little Elm, Texas with Pastor Doug Miller officiating. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Friday, March 23, 2007 to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Friday evening begining at 6:30 PM. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice in Mildred’s name.
