I did not know Mr. Wallis, but I can tell from the memorial messages left by friends and family, he was a friendly, likeable person, one that people enjoyed being a0round. There are a couple of scriptural promises I like to share at times like this. One at Revelation 21:3, 4, where God promises that "he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." And the other found at John 5:28, 29, which reads: (Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life ...") A glimpse in the future when all the things that cause us so much sorrow, like death, will be removed, never to exist again. And the hope of receiving our loved ones back from the dead through the resurrection hope. I would like to express to the family and friends of Mike Wallis my sincere sympathy for your loss, and pray the God of Tender Mercies will continue to comfort you. Sincerely, Mrs. P. J.
