Mike Boyle of Allen, Texas, passed away on January 30, 2025 at the age of 70. He was born on July 9, 1954 to Francis James Boyle and Dorothy Arline (Dacey) Boyle in Springfield, Vermont. Mike attended Shawnee Mission South High School in Overland Park, Kansas.

On October 21, 1978, Mike married Karen Sue Barnes in Overland Park, and together they built a loving home and family. Mike had a successful and extensive career as a service manager, working for companies throughout the Dallas Metroplex, including Huffins, Mercedes Benz, US AutoHouse, Ewing Motor Company, and Stonebriar Auto Service. His skill and expertise in fixing anything earned him recognition with his colleagues and clients.

Outside of work, Mike was an avid lover of the outdoors, especially fishing and spending time in the yard. He enjoyed football and NASCAR and was passionate motorcycle riding. Most of all, Mike cherished the time spent with his family and bringing the fun to any gathering His “Dad jokes”. Mike was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed but always remembered with love, laughter, and fondness by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Mike is survived by his beloved wife, Karen Sue Boyle of Allen, Texas; sons, Travis Dylan Boyle and Devin Patrick Boyle and wife, Kenzie, all of Allen; grandchildren, Paizley Adaire Boyle, Bradley Kay Boyle, Finley Barnes Boyle, and Teddy O. Boyle; brother, James Boyle; and a host of other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sallye Betz.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Friday, February 7, 2025 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013. The service will also be live streamed at TJMfuneral.com on Mike’s obituary page by clicking on the following link: https://celebrationoflife.tv/blog/mike-boyle.  After the service, the recorded live stream will be available for viewing at the same link location.  Following the service, a procession will make its way to Allen Cemetery, 411 East McDermott Drive, Allen, Texas 75002 for a committal service.

The family will receive friends during a visitation on Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
