Miguel married the love of his life, Rita Villa, on September 16, 1964. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with precious moments. Miguel dedicated much of his career to the City of Richardson, Texas, where he found great pride in his work as a groundskeeper. He had a special fondness for Sherryl Park, the place he tended to with care and passion. And for those who knew him, Miguel's love for golf was no secret, as he often shared his fond memories of days spent on the course with friends.

A devoted Catholic, Miguel was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. His faith was a guiding light in his life, nurturing a spirit of kindness and generosity that touched everyone around him.

Miguel is survived by his beloved wife, Rita Espinosa of McKinney, Texas; son, Mike Espinosa of Addison, Texas; daughters, Sylvia Espinosa of Melissa, Texas, Norma Holt and husband, Jesse of Princeton, Texas and Lisa Espinosa of Van Alstyne, Texas; grandchildren, Steven, Samantha, Kristy, Brandon, Jon, Cecilia, Alexander, Joseph, Christian, Alyssa, and Cassandra; great-grandchildren, James, Clyde, Ian, and Kaley; and a host of other loving family and friends who will miss him dearly.

He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend and for his compassionate heart, infectious laughter, and the warmth he brought into the lives of those he loved. Though he may no longer walk among us, his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
