Michele Bergman Jamison, 34, of McKinney, Texas has passed beyond this world to hold the hand of God and to hold Dawn Marie in her arms on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Medical City Hospital in Dallas, Texas, surrounded by her family and closest friends.
Michele was born in Plantation, Florida and graduated Berkner High School in Richardson, Texas, and later attended Texas Women's University and The University of North Texas, both in Denton, Texas. She enjoyed a rewarding career as a preschool teacher and administrator. In 2003 she married her high-school sweetheart and soulmate Scott Randall Jamison. They spent 19 amazing years together.
Michele's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understand that the quality of her existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which she lived.
Michele was preceded in death by her daughter Dawn Marie.
Michele is survived by her husband, Scott, her daughter Mia, her son Chase, her mother and step-father Lisa and David Schroeder, her father and her step-mother Barry and Robbin Bergman, grandparents Irving and Harriet Bergman, sister Kira Casimir and her husband Jon, sister Sara Bergman, brother Adam Bergman, stepbrothers Clint and Arron Carroll, and step sisters Sarah Trachsel and Rebecca Burris, father and mother-in-law Randall and Dana Jamison, and a host nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, October 8, 2012, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Pecan Grove Cemetery in McKinney, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m., on Sunday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
