Michael Shawn George, age 59, of Frisco, Texas, passed away on August 17, 2018, in Plano, Texas. He was born on April 26, 1959, to Deanna Davis and Roy George in Barre, Vermont. On July 20, 1996, Michael married Kerlene Lesley-Ann Maria Moses in Silver Springs, Maryland. Michael served in the United States Air Force and was a Loss Prevention Supervisor for most of his career.
He was the most avid Red Sox and Tarheels fan who also enjoyed reading and was passionate about various music genres.
Michael is survived by his wife, Kerlene George; three children, Sean George and his wife, Laura, Tamara George and Liam George; two grandchildren, Jayden George and Jeremiah George; his mother, Deanna George; his brothers, David George and his wife, Lolita, and Allan George; his sister, Rhonda Hernandez and her husband, Hugh; a niece and numerous nephews.
Michael is preceded in death by his dad, Roy George.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Mike’s Home on Monday, August 20, 2018, beginning at 2:00 pm.
