Michael Anthony Tomich of Princeton, Texas passed away on November 9, 2024. He was born on December 10, 1991, in Henderson, Nevada, to Larry Michael Tomich and Jimmie (DeeDee Jones) Celman

Michael was a dedicated and exceptional young man whose life was marked by his intelligence, passion, and work ethic. He graduated from North Crowley High School in 2010, where he was an honor roll student and an active participant in the school’s tennis and golf team. Michael’s commitment to excellence was reflected in his membership in the National Honor Society, his designation as an A.P. Scholar, and his numerous academic achievements.

After high school, Michael pursued higher education at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he excelled both academically and socially. He earned a degree in Business Finance and Accounting while also becoming an esteemed member of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity. His leadership, ambition, and enthusiasm were apparent to all who knew him.

Michael’s professional journey took him to Wichita, Kansas, where he was recruited by Beechcraft Textron Aviation and later employed by Raytheon. His career trajectory was one of great promise and accomplishment, and he was widely respected for his work ethic, analytical skills, and commitment to excellence. Michael was a brilliant young man, dedicated to his career, his family, and his friends.

In addition to his professional success, Michael was a loving son, a cherished brother, and a loyal friend. He was known for his kindness, generosity, and his ability to make those around him feel valued. Michael’s smile was contagious, and his warm personality will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Michael is survived by his parents DeeDee Celman and husband Buddy of McKinney, Texas; father, Larry Tomich of Monongahela, Pennsylvania; brother David Tomich and wife Jasmyn; grandmother, Martha Jones of McKinney, Texas. And a host of other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Peter Michael and Betty Jane Tomich, and grandfather, Jimmy R. Jones.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
