Michael Alvin Hughes, II of Princeton, Texas passed away February 15, 2022 at the age of 52. He was born on September 12, 1969 to Michael Alvin Hughes and Gail (Welborn) Hughes in McKinney, Texas. Michael grew up in Princeton and was a 1988 graduate of Princeton High School. He spent his career in law enforcement, including acting as Police Chief of Princeton and later, working with the Collin County Constable Office. Michael married Angie Denise Paysinger on September 26, 2021 in Princeton. He loved fishing and selling collectable toys on eBay. Michael most loved camping with Angie and their favorite companion, Eva. Michael was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend. He will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved him.
Michael is survived by his beloved wife, Angie Hughes of Princeton, Texas; son, Michael Hughes, III, Dillon Hughes, and Corbin Hughes; parents, Michael and Gail Hughes; sisters, Tracie Tidwell and husband, Richard and Angie Rocha and husband, Hernan; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other loving family, and friends.
