Melody Ann Walton passed away peacefully on March 17, 2021 while surrounded by family who loved and cherished her. Melody was born on October 21, 1946 in Amarillo, Texas and is survived by her sons, Christopher Shane Walton and Brandon Walton; daughters-in-law, Ann and Alison; grandsons, Aidan and Lincoln; and her sisters Vicky Fuller, Carlene Roberson, and Terri Morris.

Melody leaves us to be reunited with the love of her life and high school sweetheart, Bill Walton. She was an amazing mother and grandmother who loved her grandsons more than anything. Melody enjoyed life in many ways, especially spending time with her family and many friends. She was always there to brighten the lives of others, and her kindness, generosity and friendship was felt by many. She was an avid bridge player and loved to travel and see new sights. She was incredibly close with her sisters and loved their time and travels together. She will be remembered for her love, kind heart and laughter.

A celebration of life and memorial service will be held this summer to honor her memory at a time when all those dearest to Melody can be together.
