Mavrick Andrew Veal, age 6, of Allen, Texas, passed away June 12, 2011 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on May 4, 2005, in Allen, Texas, to Robert S. Veal and April (Holt) Karl. He is survived by his mother, April Karl and husband Kris of Allen, Texas; father, Robert Veal and fiancé Amanda Holcomb of Princeton, Texas; sisters, Kylee Karl of Allen, Texas and Sophia Veal of Princeton, Texas; grandparents, Rhonda and John Holt of Allen, Texas, Robert Veal of Princeton, Texas, Judy Raymond of Pottsboro, Texas, Wilma and Jeff Day of Medford, Oregon, John and Deborah Karl of Dallas, Texas, David and Sheila Holcomb of Caddo Mills, Texas; grandmother, Karla Trimmer of Farmersville, Texas; great-grandparents, Alice Veal of Princeton, Texas, Sue Holt of Allen, Texas, Brenda and Glenn Rose of Farmersville, Texas, and Tommy Newby of Princeton, Texas; Uncles, Johnathan Holt and fiancé Cyndi Bishline of Dallas, Texas and Larry Martin of Princeton, Texas; cousins, Rylee Holt, Shelby Martin, Layla Martin; and a host of other loving family and friends. Mavrick was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Kenneth Holt, James Veal, and Josephine Mankin. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 17, 2011, at 10:00 AM, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park, in Allen, Texas. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Thursday to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The family will receive friends during a visitation Thursday evening beginning at 6:00 PM, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
