Mrs. Mary Dell Gathright, age 81, of Princeton, Texas, passed away April 22, 2005, in McKinney, Texas. She was born August 10, 1923, in Nashville, Arkansas, to Jim and Marie (Ferguson) Burkhart. She married Coy Gathright on December 29, 1945, in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Gathright owned Gathright Jewelry and was a member of the Climax Church of Christ. She is survived by her sons, Marvin Gathright and wife, Virginia, and Mike Gathright, all of Princeton, Texas; grandchildren, Brice Gathright of Tampa, Florida, Brandy Decker of Frisco, Texas, and Lisa Torres of Princeton, Texas; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Jimmie Lee Stephens of Bryant, Arkansas, Amelia Eperson of Dothan, Alabama, and Patricia Rogers of Crossett, Arkansas; and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Coy Gathright. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 26, 2005, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Bro. Nelson McCord officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Monday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
