Mrs. Mary G. Belew 97, formerly of Farmersville, Texas passed away Sunday in Quitman.
She was born December 11, 1915 in Farmersville, Texas the daughter of Emmett R. and Bettie Caldwell Howard Gooch.
She married Willard Belew December 22, 1941 in Princeton, Texas and he preceded her in death March 3, 1979.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Farmersville and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughter; Sara Morgan and her husband Jerry of Quitman, Texas and grandchildren; Shannon Wheeler and husband Wayne of Kerens, Texas and Jodi Otto and husband Jerry of Quitman, Texas, she is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; CoDee Morgan and wife Misty, Jessica Otto, Colton Otto and Trace Otto. She is survived by four Farmersville area neices; Ann Gooch, Nona Gooch, Mary Jo Stroup and Marinan Cunningham. She was also preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister.
