Mary Ann Mark, age 91, of Denison, Texas, passed away September 16, 2017. Mary Ann was born August 1, 1926, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to John and Antoinette (Jakubiez) Wachowiacz. She married Peter Joseph Mark on April 24, 1946, in Milwaukee. Mary Ann was a member of the Red Hat Society and of the Catholic faith.
She is survived by her children, Sharon Kuether of Escanaba, Michigan, Peter Mark of Gladstone, Michigan, Steven Mark and wife, Debra of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, James Mark and wife, Christine of Haymarket, Virginia, and Jon Mark of Van Alstyne, Texas; grandchildren, Justin Kuether and wife, Alice, Jacob Kuether, Donna Thelen, Zachary Mark and wife, Jaylene, Elizabeth Mark , Kimberly Bravo, Steven Mark, Matt Mark, Melissa Skonecki and husband, Corey, Tyler Mark and wife, Amber, Jolene Clarke and husband, Ryan, Ross Mark and wife, Erika , Tiffini Manolache and husband, Andrei, Brandon Mark, and Hunter Mark; twenty great-grandchildren; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Peter J. Mark, son, Joey Mark, brother, John Wachowiacz, and sister, Dorothy Rachoy.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 21, 2017, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. An inurnment will be held at a later date at Holy Trinity Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
