Marsha “Susie” Burdon of Princeton, Texas passed away January 19, 2021 at the age of 75. She was born October 23, 1945 to Thomas and Marcella (Mercer) Burdon in Brazil, Indiana. Marsha was baptized in the Presbyterian Church in 1960. She graduated from Brazil High School in 1963and she became an LPN in 1964. Marsha was a devoted grandmother, and got the most joy when spending time with her great-grandchildren and great-great nephews. She was a witty, humorous, and caring woman who gave so much love to others; she will be missed dearly by many.
She is survived by her daughter, Marcella Heil; granddaughter, Courtney Selman and husband, Skylar; great-grandchildren Oliver and Espen; grandson, Thomas Gore; sister, Carroll Stevenson; nephews, Bill Stevenson and wife, Linda of Calera, Oklahoma, Bryan Stevenson of Princeton, Texas; great nieces and nephews, Andi Payne and husband, Brendon and their children, Joshua, Reed and Sydney of Lucas, Texas, Amanda Valgren and son, Blaine of Lucas, Texas, Collin Stevenson and wife, Mycah of Clarita, Oklahoma; and a host of other loving family and friends.
Marsha was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Theresa Dickison and Margaret “Peggy” Williams and her brother in-law, Billy Stevenson.
