Marjorie Lynn (Johnson) Bollinger, 75, passed away unexpectedly from sepsis on February 24, 2026, in McKinney, Texas surrounded by family.

Born in Warren, Minnesota, Marj spent her childhood growing up in Fort Peck, Montana, a place she always held close to her heart. 

Marj was preceded in death by her father, Wallace Johnson and her mother, Violet Johnson; nephews Jeff Pippin and Aaron Chatten; and her daughter-in-law, Heather Bollinger.

She is survived by her devoted spouse of 53 years, Gerald Bollinger; children Neil (Amy) Bollinger; Nathan Bollinger; Tracy Bollinger; cherished grandchildren Haley, Dane, Pierce, and Nora; siblings Richard (Penny) Johnson, Jean Pippin and (Terry Kinley), Ken (Robin) Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Marj had a creative and generous spirit. She found great joy in sewing and quilting, stitching love into every piece she made. Her artistic talents extended to a variety of crafts, including painting Santas that brought smiles to many during the holidays. She loved baking for family gatherings and treasured every moment spent with those she loved most. 

In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
