Mrs. Lindsey was born Margaret Geraldine Kelly on July 9, 1922 to parents, Arthur Kelly and Ella Mae Haws in Mallorytown, Ontario, Canada. She married Grover Leon Lindsey on October 24, 1945, in Fannin County, Texas. They were married 57 years until Mr. Lindsey’s death in 2003. Mrs. Lindsey worked many years at the cotton mill in McKinney and Nabisco Foods of Denison until her retirement. She is survived by her two brothers, Jack and Shirley Kelly of Mallory town, Ontario and Victor and Kay Kelly of St. Lawrence Lodge, Ontario; sister-in-law, Ruth Kelly also of Mallorytown; many nieces and nephews, special among them, Mrs. Sharon Wilson of Oshawa, Ontario and Sandra McCartney of Mineola, Texas. A graveside service will be held Monday, October 13, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. at Ridgeview Memorial Park, under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors.
