Peggy was a compassionate and loyal friend. My life was made richer for knowing her. Each Friday I could look forward to our chats when she was at the hospital information desk. I will treasure fond memories of our times together. Joy Dover, January 19, 2014 To the Armand family: Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Mrs. Armand, or Peggy as my Mom knew her, was such a blessing to so many people, especially my parents, Arleigh and Mary Roger. Her giving nature was something they talked about often, especially as a hospital volunteer. She was a wonderful woman and a great example of how to live in and love a community. Mom joins me and please know that you will remain in our prayers during the weeks ahead. Arlene Powell, January 18, 2014 One of my favorite home health patients. So sorry to hear of her passing.
