Lynne Eastepp of Fairview, Texas passed away September 27, 2018 at age 60. She was born February 6, 1958 in Monroe, Louisiana to Burl L. Eastepp, Jr. and Ann Adcock Eastepp. At age 7, Lynne’s life was radically altered when her family was involved in a major automobile accident. Even at this early age, Lynne’s life reflected a strong faith in Jesus Christ and this commitment to her God continued throughout her lifetime. Her spiritual devotion was manifested in her extensive angel figurine collection. A significant lifetime event occurred during Lynne’s celebration of her 40th birthday when the renowned vocalist, Glen Campbell, visited her and regaled her with the traditional birthday song.
Lynne is survived by her mother, Ann Adcock Eastepp of Fairview; brother, Scott T. Eastepp and wife, Evelena, of Senoia, Georgia; aunt, Wanda Adcock Fuller and husband, Kent; uncle, David Adcock and wife, Jan; nephew, Scott Edward Eastepp; niece, Heather Eastepp Peroutka; and several cousins.
Lynne was preceded in death by her father, Burl L. Eastepp, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Rev. Ernest C. Adcock and Ozie Donald Adcock with whom she embraced an abiding simpatico; and paternal grandparents, Burl L. Eastepp, Sr. and Verna Dominy Eastepp.
A private memorial service will be at a later date in Monroe, Louisiana.
