Linda A. Bell passed away July 11, 2023 at the age of 73 in Plano, Texas. She was born November 4, 1949 in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Russell and Sally Bragg.
She grew up and graduated in Proctorville, Ohio. Linda married her high school sweetheart Charles “Marty” in 1969 and they’ve been side by side ever since. Shortly after Linda and Marty married, they moved to Columbus, Ohio so Marty could attend school. Linda worked for Nationwide Insurance while Marty was in school. After Marty graduated, they moved to Minneapolis before south to enjoy the warm Texas weather. Linda worked up until her and Marty were blessed with their daughter Lacy. Once Lacy was born Linda dedicated her life to being the best mom she could be. She volunteered a lot at Lacy’s elementary school as well as at church. Linda was the cool mom, always providing snacks, and putting on the best birthday and roller-skating parties. Linda always made sure her family was well provided for and taken care of. She and her family also took quite a few trips to Disney world, the source of many wonderful memories. Linda was a natural artist, painting many things that provided beautiful decorations in the house. More than anything, Linda loved her grandson, Danny. She loved hugging him and making sure he knew how much she loved him.
Linda is survived by her husband, Charles Martin Bell of Lucas, Texas; daughter, Lacy Keith and husband, Joshua of McKinney, Texas; grandson, Daniel Keith of McKinney, Texas; sister, Joyce Ash of Lexington, Kentucky; sister-in-law, Donna Caperton of South Point, Ohio and numerous other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gary Douglas Bragg.
