Although their travels took them worldwide, Les' favorite destinations were to his school reunions in Geneva and the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming, where he and Pat spent many happy summers together. He is survived by his wife, Pat Stanley of McKinney; children, Rick and wife, Barbara of Riverside, California, Barry of Geneva, Indiana and Tonya and husband, Dave of Geneva, Indiana; three stepsons and their wives; four grandsons; one step-grandson; six great-granddaughters; two sisters, Gloria Stringer of Granbury and Flora Elliott and her husband Dave of Lumberton, Texas and a host of friends.
