Leonello Patrick Grisanti of Princeton, Texas passed away on August 22, 2017 at the age of 78. He was born on March 10, 1939 to Leonello Joseph and Hazel (Norton) Grisanti in Memphis, Tennessee. He married Nancy Ormon on February 17, 1962 in Memphis, Tennessee. He attended Christian Brothers High School and Memphis State University in Memphis, Tennessee. Leonello was Vice President of Continental Insurance. He proudly served as First Lieutenant in the United States National Guard and was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.
Leonello is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Nancy Grisanti of Princeton; daughters, Laurie Taylor and husband, Jim of Sherman, Suzanne Pease and husband, John of McKinney, Patricia Weldon and husband, Michael of Marietta, Georgia; son, Leonello Grisanti II and wife, Brandy of Rockwall; grandchildren, Aldyn Taylor of Dallas, Mason Taylor of Sherman, Mikaylee Pease of Dallas, Victoria Pease of McKinney, Frances Hakes, Colin Hakes both of Marietta Georgia, Hayden Grisanti, Oliver Grisanti both of Rockwall; Claire Weldon, Cooper Weldon of Mariettta, Georgia; sister, Carroll Nichols and husband, Charles of Memphis, Tennessee; and a host of other loving family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Rodney Joseph Grisanti.
A memorial mass will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, August 25, 2017 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 1515 N. Greenville Avenue, Allen, Texas 75002.
