Leonard “Len” John Culpepper of Allen, Texas passed away on January 18, 2021 at age of 50. He was born on February 1, 1970 to William Lynn Culpepper and Pamela Anne (Landry) Culpepper in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Len grew up in Sulphur, Louisiana where he excelled at academics and graduated from Sulphur High School with the class of 1988. He received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in 1994 from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, formerly the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Len worked at Verizon for a number of years as a ULH planner. He married Donna Kay Landrum on May 11, 2002 in Plano, Texas. Len loved bowling, golfing, riding his motorcycle, playing computer games, and spending time with his friends and family. He enjoyed cooking and growing peppers.
Len is survived by his wife, Donna Landrum Culpepper of Allen, Texas; daughter, Lillian Culpepper of Allen, Texas; several cousins, aunts and uncles on the Culpepper side of the family; aunts, Robyn Lebato and husband, Rick and Bonnie Perkins, all of Lake Charles, Louisiana; and grandchildren, Chad Perkins and Ryan Perkins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Pamela Culpepper.
