Kristy June Berry, age 45, of Allen, Texas, passed away June 9, 2016. Kristy was born November 9, 1970, at Travis Air Force Base in California, to Buddy and Barbara (Harmon) Swan. She graduated from Hanks High School in El Paso, Texas. Kristy married Damon Wayne Berry on September 18, 1991, in El Paso. She was a preschool teacher and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Allen.
She is survived by her husband, Damon Wayne Berry of Allen, Texas; daughters, Brittany Berry and Kayla Berry, both of Allen; parents, Buddy and Barbara Swan of McKinney, Texas; sister, Deborah Heller of McKinney; nephew, Ronnie Heller, also of McKinney; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Jacque Berry and Glen Berry of Bentonville, Arkansas.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas.
