Kristie Lynn (Dunn) Rose of Houston, Texas passed away on July 31, 2019 at the age of 49. She was born February 3, 1970 in Utica, New York to Carolyn (Holley) and John Dunn III. Kristie inspired countless individuals during her career as an area manager in the retail industry. She loved to spend her free time with her only daughter and grandson.

Kristie is survived by her daughter, Kellie Rose of Frisco, Texas; grandson, Maddox Rose of Frisco, Texas; father, John Dunn III and wife, Valerie of The Colony, Texas; mother, Carolyn Banville and husband, Joe of New York; grandmother, Virginia Holley of New York; sisters, Sheila Stevens and husband, Jeremy of Celina, Texas, Holly Murray and husband, Rich of Krugerville, Texas, and Colleen Dunn of Oklahoma; brother, John Dunn IV and wife, Kristy of Little Elm, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her nephew, Tyler Owens.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Friday, August 9, 2019 at Berkshire Chapel, 9073 Berkshire Drive, Frisco, Texas 75033.

Although we hadn’t seen each other in many years, I treasured our friendship, because whenever we talked, it was as if we were still in school, goofin’ off in the hallways! Keep smiling, kiddo...Rest In Peace. Jason

Even though we lost touch with each other for awhile, when we reconnected I just knew she was the same great person that she had always been.
