IN LOVING MEMORY

Krishna C. Reddy

Mar 20 1964 - Nov 12 2016

Beloved husband, a doting father, adored son and son-in-law, and a loving brother.

Krishna C. Reddy, lovingly known as Kishan, died on Saturday, November 12, 2016, in a traumatic incident. He was born on March 20, 1964, in Hyderabad, India and was a resident of Coppell, Texas. He studied at Jackson State University and worked for Verizon for many years. He is survived by his wife, Haritha, and an adorable four-year-old daughter, Priya; his mother, Radha; three sisters, Rani, Krishnaveni, Indira, and a brother, Bal Reddy; his mother-in-law, Neeraja; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Narsimha Reddy.

In spite of losing his father at a very young age, Kishan managed to overcome many difficulties in life through his determination and intellect. He was well respected by people he worked with, admired by those who knew him well and dearly loved by every single person whose life he touched. A compassionate and sensitive soul, he was happiest when he was able to help someone. His gentle nature and warm demeanor endeared him to his family, friends, and many others. He will be terribly missed by us all.

Though his untimely death came as a terrible shock to all his loved ones, we take solace in the fact that he continues to live on in our memories, and within hundreds of people as an organ donor. To the very end, Kishan remained true to his selfless nature. We would never get a chance to see him again in this world, but he gave us one last glimpse of his true self through this noble act. His generosity is a precious gift, not just for the grateful recipients whose lives he saved and changed, but also for all his loved ones who live on in his absence. Kishan is a hero for many, both in life and death and we hope this gives us all the courage to move on and the grace to remember him well.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon, Friday, November 18, 2016, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas.  The family will receive friends during a visitation on Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
