Kimberly Walker Branson

Kimberly Walker Branson of McKinney, Texas passed away on June 19, 2020 at the age of 58, after a hard fight with Renal Cell Carcinoma. He was born March 2, 1962 to Wesley Yates and Josephine Small in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Kim grew up in Pawhuska and graduated from Pawhuska High School in 1980. Kim then went on to attend Oklahoma State University, and was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, Gamma Delta Chapter, where he created friendships that lasted a lifetime. 

Kim married Patricia Ann Dohman on February 25, 1989 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. 

Kim was the Owner/Managing Partner of Titan Orthopaedic Sales, which was one of his biggest passions; this led him to become one of the most respected leaders in the industry for over 30 years. Kim cherished his relationships with all of his colleagues and friends throughout his time in Orthopaedic Sales. Kim enjoyed spending time with his family and dogs, going to concerts, movies, being out in his pool, golfing, fishing, and everything Oklahoma State athletics.

Kim is survived by his wife of 31 years, Patricia Ann Branson of McKinney, Texas; children, Derek Walker Branson and fiancé, Alyssa Schmidt and Lauren Alexandra Douglas and husband, Blake of Dallas, Texas; brother, Kevin Dean Branson and wife, Clarisa; nephew, Keiran Branson; niece, Zoe Branson of Bixby, Oklahoma; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Florence and Conrad Dohman of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Wesley Yates; mother and step-father, Josephine and Tommy Dahl.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 25, 2020 at St Gabriel the Archangel Church, 110 St. Gabriel Way, McKinney, Texas 75071, where Kim and Patti faithfully attended. Face masks are required by the church. A “come and go” visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013. Only a limited number of guests will be allowed to enter the funeral home facility at any one time to maintain social distancing.
