IN LOVING MEMORY

Khoa "Ken" Ha

Jul 10 1972 - Jun 28 2025

It is with heavy hearts and faith in God’s promise that we share the unexpected passing of our beloved brother, son, husband, father, and friend, Khoa aka “Ken”, who was called home to be with the Lord on June 28th, 2025.

Born on July 10, 1972, Khoa had a remarkable gift for making people feel valued and at ease. His warm presence, thoughtful spirit, and the big smile he offered to everyone will always be remembered.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Trang Ha, who stood beside him through all of life’s blessings and trials. He was a proud father to Lincoln Ha, who will continue carry forward his kindness and gentle heart, and a caring stepfather to Travis Nguyen and Laura Nguyen, who were loved beyond measure—and subjected to countless dad jokes and unrequested life lessons.

Khoa had a lifelong love of tools, gadgets, and building things—whether it was fixing something around the house or working on a new project. But what he loved most was doing it alongside the people he cared for. He believed that sharing time and working together was one of many ways God calls us to love and serve each other. He brought laughter and light wherever he went, not just by telling jokes, but by sharing in the simple moments—listening, caring, and lifting spirits when it mattered most.

Though his time with us was far too short, we take comfort in knowing he is now in the presence of his Savior, and that we will see him again in eternity. His generosity, strength, and unwavering love will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Khoa by spending time with the people you love, building something together, and sharing the stories that made him special to you. Contributions to support Lincoln Ha’s future are also gratefully appreciated.

“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23

Rest peacefully in God’s embrace, Khoa. Thank you for the love, laughter, countless memories, and mostly your ridiculously big smile.  You will be missed more than words can ever express.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013. The service will also be live streamed at the following link: https://celebrationoflife.tv/blog/khoa-ken-ha.  Interment will be held at Ridgeview Memorial Park following the service.

The family will receive guests for a visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
