I had the pleasure of working with Kebo at the City of Frisco and have known him over 7 years. He was a very kind man that always spoke his mind! I can still hear him saying my name whenever he'd see me, "Tasha Tash" is what he called me. Prayers & many blessings to his family. Kebo, my are sadly missed. Love you and see you in heaven!
Tasha Thompson, October 15, 2019 I'm an old fishing buddy of Kevin's from the days of Frisco Bass Club. Kebo (as everyone knew him), was a good man that would do anything for those around him. I didn't find out about his passing until yesterday and was saddened by his early death. Lots of good memories exist in my mind of him. RIP...Kebo!
Rick Brown, October 14, 2019 My Deepest Condolences for your loss! Kebo was a special soul and he will be dearly missed here on earth, but he will always be in our hearts and his spirit will fly high among the angels! God Bless you are all in my prayers!! Love always,
Stephanie Dixon, October 14, 2019 Kevin Frank...... You and your family are our family. We are so thankful for all of our good times here on earth with you. You always kept us laughing and looking to the bright side. May you find everlasting peace with God, we will always keep you close in our hearts. Jim and Belinda Mergen, October 14, 2019 Kebo, this one has been a hard one to handle. I have always known you were right there for me at a drop of a hat. You have hung through some tough times with me and enjoyed some of the best times in my life. The thought of you never walking through my back door on a Friday night to visit or that I will never get to fix your Chicken and Dumplings breaks my heart. I am so thankful you are no longer in pain but my selfishness wants you back. Kevin, please know Jean, Brandon, Autumn and the rest of your amazing family will be taken good care of. We will make sure of that. And Victor and I will definitely carry with us all the fun times had in West Texas, the Friday night visits, the impromptu office visits and all of the wonderful memories we created together. I love you Kebo. Go Rest High My Friend. Until We Meet Again!
Victor and Sonia Shields, October 14, 2019 James and I were so sorry to hear of Kevin’s passing. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. James and Marty Benoy

Sondra Hurst Carroll, October 13, 2019 One of the kindest men I have ever known. His generosity and selflessness were truly remarkable. A Saint; and I look forward to seeing him in Heaven. Larry Pedrazoli, October 13, 2019 I have been praying for you Jean. Psalm 116:15 Bridget Bruce, October 13, 2019 The Barrow family were our neighbors in Mckinney for a while in the 1960’s when Kevin was just a little tyke. About 45 years later I was fortunate to run into Kevin in Little Elm and had a great conversation with him about the old days in Mckinney and how his Mom was always at the little league ball games cheering Kevin’s older brothers on to do their best. (His Mom would also let the umpire know when a call wasn’t quite right!). Deepest sympathy to all of Kevin’s family at this most difficult time. Jimmie Ranes, October 12, 2019 May you Rest In Peace Kebo, you will be missed! You were like family, my family has known you since you were little. I will always treasure the great memories, you were a great person.
Carlota Jeffrey , October 11, 2019 Rest in Peace Uncle Kebo. Michelle Barrow, October 10, 2019
