IN LOVING MEMORY

Kendra Aleese Deason

Dec 12 1971 - Mar 08 2008

Kendra Aleese Deason, age 36, of Plano, Texas, passed away March 8, 2008, at her home. Kendra was a delightful and sweet spirit because of her ability to laugh through a lot of pain and adversity. She was an identical twin preceded in death by her sister Kerri on May 11, 2006. Kendra was born December 12, 1971, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, the twin daughter of Mervin and Nancy (Hendrix) Deason. As most twins do, "the girls" as they often referred, had their own special way of communicating even though they couldn't speak. And, though they were identical, they had their own individual personalities. Kendra was the "princess". She played the part well and broke many hearts! We will never forget her smiling eyes that could light up your life. She was purest of heart without guile or meanness. She is survived by her mother, Nancy Chesser of Plano, TX; father, Mervin Deason of Yukon, OK ; sisters, Amy Green of Oklahoma City and Amber and her husband Jason Heintz of Plano; brother, Clay Chesser of Plano; nephews, P.J. Green, Brock Green, Gavin Heintz and Eli Heintz; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, Thursday, March 13, 2008, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Mark Culwell officiating. Interment beside her twin sister will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Wednesday evening beginning at 6:00 PM. Because of our faith, we know that Kerri and Kendra are together in heaven watching over us. Our prayer is that we could be half as courageous and inspiring and forgiving and loving as these girls were. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to United Cerebral Palsy of Dallas, 8802 Harry Hines Blvd., Dallas TX 75235. CHILD OF THE SNOW THE HANDICAPPED CHILD IS AS UNIQUE AS A SINGLE SNOWFLAKE, AS DEVASTATING AS A SUDDEN BLIZZARD, AND AS NECESSARY TO THE QUAILITY OF OUR LIVES AS THE MOUNTAIN STREAM EACH SNOWFLAKE FEEDS!
