IN LOVING MEMORY

Kelsey June Clark

Mar 23 1998 - Jun 15 2025

Kelsey June Clark, a resident of McKinney, Texas, passed away June 15, 2025, at the age of 27.  She was born on March 23, 1998, to her loving parents, William "Bill" Clark and Beverly (Stewart) Clark in Plano, Texas.  Kelsey grew up in McKinney, graduating from McKinney High School in 2016. Kelsey continued her post-secondary studies earning a bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy.  She became a board-certified music therapist, dedicating her career to helping neurodivergent children through her work with Sound Starts. Her passion for healing through music touched many lives and left a lasting impact on the families she served.

Kelsey loved hanging out with friends over margaritas, getting lost in a good puzzle, painting, and spending time with her beloved cats, Strudel and Westley. She was always up for a board game night or diving into a video game—Hunt: Showdown was one of her absolute favorites. She was also incredibly proud to be the godmother to “Jojo”.  Whether she was creating, playing, or just enjoying the moment, she brought a sense of fun and warmth to everything she did.

Kelsey was happiest when surrounded by family and friends, especially Brandon, her fiancé, sharing laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. Kelsey was of the Baptist faith and attended First Baptist Church McKinney.

Kelsey is survived by her beloved fiancé, Brandon Haas, of McKinney, Texas; parents, Beverly and Bill Clark, of Van Alstyne, Texas; brother, Hunter Clark and wife Kate, of McKinney, Texas; sister, Jaime Elliott, of Westbrook, Maine; cherished friend, Taneiqua Allen, of The Colony, Texas; several aunts and uncles; and a host of other loving family and friends, who will miss her deeply and forever cherish her warmth, creativity, and kindness.

The family will receive guests during a visitation from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
