After a protracted battle of cancer, Kavitha Bobba passed away on February 11, 2020 at the age of 35. She leaves behind her husband, Srikanth Sreeramaneni and her daughter, Deekshita Sreeramaneni.

Kavitha was born on April 21, 1984 to Chandrasekhara Rao Bobba and Lakshmi Bobba in India. She grew up with her loving brother, Madhu Bobba and her grand mother. In college, Kavitha was a top student and excelled in information technology. She was the first in her village to finish a bachelors degree and come overseas to work. Kavitha inspired and set an example in her village. She always had a smiling face and was loved by many.

Kavitha met her husband, when she was working at State Farm in Bloomington, Illinois. She and her husband relocated to Dallas, Texas and had their baby in 2015. Later in 2017, she was diagnosed with Leukemia. Kavitha remained a brave, iron-willed woman, even throughout her final months.

May you rest in peace. Pulla Rao, February 15, 2020 Kavitha and I worked together at ETC. I greatly enjoyed working with her. She was a kind and friendly person. I was shocked and saddened to hear of her passing. She will be greatly missed. Leonardo Ferro, February 15, 2020 She happens to be my aunt's daughter. We were raised in different states of the country and very rarely did I get to meet her. My interaction with her, in all would have been just for a solid 5 hours. But that was surely enough to be inspired. The smile on her face was perennial. Though she had made great leaps in her career, unprecedented, from a rural corner of India, she was always down to earth. A calm and composed, gentle being. In this hour of grief I wish I could do more than offering condolences. May God give my aunt, uncle, her brother Madhu, her husband and their beautiful daughter all the strength to endure the void she leaves behind. Miss you Vadina. Raghu., February 14, 2020 I was shocked and saddened to learn about the sudden demise of Kavitha. My heartfelt condolences to her Family. May her soul rest in peace. Chandrasekhar Vallabhaneni, February 14, 2020 I was deeply saddened by the news of Kavitha's passing. She has worked on one of my projects before and you can't expect more from a employee like her. She has such a great personality and always has a smile on her face. Thank you Sajy, Veera ... for showing your support. We had lot of fun moments as a team together. She will be truly missed. RIP!
