Kasey Cavazos, age 41, of Celina, Texas, passed away December 22, 2021. She was born July 23, 1980, to Bobbie Jean (Owens) and Paul Jones in Denton, Texas. Kasey married Edward A. Cavazos on February 15, 2015, in Plano, Texas. She was a massage therapist and wonderful wife and mother. Kasey was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Carmen Castorena of Lone Grove, Oklahoma, Alana Thomas of Dallas, Texas, and Austin Joseph “A.J.” Cavazos, also of Lone Grove; grandmother, Gina Jones of Aubrey, Texas; brother, Chad Jones of Tioga, Texas; nephews, Chase Jones and Jacoby Jones; niece, Macy Jones; and grandmother, Jenny-Bell Owens of Celina, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward “Eddie” Cavazos; parents, Paul and Bobbie Jones; sister, Maggie Jones; and grandfather, Bobby Ray Owens.
A memorial service will be held at Berkshire Chapel, 9073 Berkshire Drive, Frisco, Texas, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 8, 2022.
