Karrie Ellen Peterson, age 51, of Plano, Texas passed away on August 26, 2021. She was born on August 15, 1970, in Dallas, Texas. Karrie was the owner of Hair Color Studios in Frisco and worked as a Hairstylist. Karrie was dedicated to the Lord and her trade; she was sure to share the love that God had given her and bless every individual she has met in her life. If you hadn’t known God, she would love to tell you all about him and how much love he has for you, and how blessed you truly are. Karrie wanted to be a shaman, but most importantly, she was a vessel for the Lord.
Karrie is survived by her daughter, Sarah Nichols and her husband, Clark of Frisco, Texas; her son, Hunter Brasher of Plano, Texas; her step-son, Jesse Walker Brasher of White Oak, Texas; her parents, Kay and Jerry Broom of Granbury, Texas; her sisters, Kimberly Acton and her husband, David, Lori Smith and her husband, Mike; her brother, Scott Broom; her two nephews, Josh Acton, Jared Acton and his wife, Gabby; her two nieces, Jordan Duffer and Kelton Duffer; her two great-nephew and niece, Braden Acton and Elaina Acton; and her longtime friend, Kyle Harmon.
Karrie was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Mary Hunter.
A Memorial Service will be held at Berkshire Chapel, 9073 Berkshire Drive, Frisco, Texas 75033 on Wednesday, September 8th, 2021 beginning at 12:00 PM.
