Karen Elizabeth (Edwards) Casper, age 74, of Frisco, Texas, passed away on April 28, 2019. She was born on May 10, 1944, in Pontiac, Michigan, to Mary (Toth) and Wayne Edwards. Karen married the love of her life, Charles James Casper, in Detroit, Michigan, on June 6, 1964, and they had two sons. She graduated from Schoolcraft Community College in Southfield, Michigan, and enjoyed being a mother and homemaker. She is remembered as a beautiful, bright woman, and loving, caring mother and wife, who was very proud of all of her children and grandchildren.
Karen is survived by her beloved husband, Charles Casper; her sons, Randy Casper and his wife, Carol, of Broomfield, Colorado, and Scott Casper and his wife, Martha, of Frisco, Texas; her grandchildren, Bradley Casper, Angelina Casper, Ryan Casper, Aaron Casper and Ethan Casper.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Wayne Edwards.
Visitation will be held at Berkshire Chapel, 9073 Berkshire Drive, Frisco, Texas, on Monday, May 6, 2019, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 8000 Eldorado Pkwy., Frisco, on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. Interment follows at Ridgeview West Memorial Park, 7800 Sanctuary Drive, Frisco, Texas.
