Karen Auger, age 69, of Plano, Texas began her heavenly dance on March 7, 2014. Karen was born December 31, 1944, in Oakland, California, to Daniel Dale and Barbara Elizabeth (Kvarnstrom) Richardson. She married Edward Daniel Auger on November 23, 1963, in San Leandro, California. Karen was a fifty year member of the Beta Sigma Phi Service Sorority Chapter Delta Xi Master in Plano, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Ed Auger of Plano, Texas; children, Kathy Shade and husband, Eric of Springfield, Missouri, Debbi Morgan and husband, Michael of Palmer, Texas, and Matthew Auger and wife, Stephanie of The Woodlands, Texas; and grandchildren, Christian, Brandon, Benjamin, Tyler, and Caden.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Danny and Barbara Richardson, and grandmother, Lisa Kvarnstrom.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the M. S. Society.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, March 13, 2014, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas.
