Kalik Jackson was born on June 25, 2007, in Carrollton Texas. KJ was born to be a cattleman. Cattle hauling is his deepest passion which he turned into a lifelong career.

Kalik graduated from Blue Ridge High School in May 2025. He completed high school early because “He was ready to get outta there”! His accomplishments while at BRHS were participating in band as a Snare drummer, showing sheep in FFA, as well as earning his welding certificate and the Hadley Workman Scholarship.
On November 4, 2025, he left behind his mommy, Etosha Cannon, his Sdad Eugene L. Cannon, his 14-year-old brother Cayden Cannon (D-1), his nine-year-old brother Colin Cannon (Bubba). Grandparents, Gene (Poppi) and Yolander (Nana) Abrams, and Eugene Cannon of Greenwood, MS. His dad, Keith Jackson, his pawpaw, Karl Jackson, his grandmother, Daphne Jackson, and siblings Kia, Kielana, Desiree, Champ, Amari, and King. Along with many other family members, friends, classmates, teachers, co-workers, and a community that became family.
Eugene, Etosha, Cayden, and Colin will receive family and friends for a Kalik Jackson (KJ) FULL SEND at the First Baptist Church of Blue Ridge on Saturday, November 15 from 11:00a.m. – 1:00p.m.
