Ms. Juliann Henderson, age 74, of Dallas, Texas passed away December 14, 2007, in Dallas. She was born January 23, 1933, in Celina, Texas to Roy Romeo and Dorothy Vernon (Talkington) Strickland. Ms. Henderson did secretarial office work where she worked in a variety of industries. She was of the Presbyterian faith. She is survived by her son, Kelly Henderson and wife, Monica of Calhan, Colorado; daughter, Holly Van Meter and husband, Guy of Fairfax, Virginia; grandchildren, Candice Young, Kyle Young, Zeb Henderson, Jeremiah Henderson, Nina Van Meter and Stasi Van Meter; and great grandchild, Preston Young. Her parents and son, Richard Keith Henderson preceded her in death. A memorial service will be held at 9:30 AM, Friday, January 4, 2008 at Vickery Towers, Mockingbird and Greenville in Dallas, Texas . A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM, at Pecan Grove Cemetery in McKinney, Texas with Dr. Danny Buster officiating. The family will receive friends for a visitation beginning at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 3, 2008, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
