Judy Gilliam Barch, age 52 of Melissa, Texas, passed away Friday, July 23, 2004 in Melissa. She was born July 21, 1952 in McAlester, Oklahoma. She married Norman Barch in March 2002 in Wylie, TX. She was a Detention Officer for the Collin County Sheriff’s Office. She was of the Church of Christ faith. She is survived by her husband, Norman Barch of Melissa; her sons, Mike Harmon of Mansfield, Texas, Nicholas and Shane Gongales, both of McKinney, Texas; one grandchild; mother, Judy Gilliam of Oklahoma; sisters, Carol Dugger and Connie Cooper, both of Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother. Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 26, 2004, Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Graveside services followed in McAlester, Oklahoma.
