Judith Diane Bell

Judith Diane Bell, age 70, of Plano, Texas, passed away March 20, 2014.  She was born on October 7, 1943, in Dallas, Texas to Noble Buck and Opal (Payne) Howard.  On October 9, 1959 and then again on December 12, 2003, Judith married Robert Glenn Bell in Plano, Texas. 

As long as her health allowed, Judith always had a vegetable garden and has been growing beautiful roses over the last few years. Her hand was never far from a favorite book and she kept family members challenged with her love of word games. Judith loved her grand-babies and crocheted many blankets and booties as they came along. She was an incredible cook who loved to share her cooking secrets. She was an avid fisherman and camper. Judith loved learning Hebrew and the Hebrew roots of her faith. She loved to travel and enjoyed the trip of her lifetime traveling to Israel. She also enjoyed joining her husband at car shows and swap meets. She was retired from Education and Institutional Co-operative Inc. 

She is survived by her husband, Bob Bell of Plano, Texas; children, Robert Bell, Jr and wife Docia of Independence, Missouri, Carlina Tesche and husband Alex of Sachse, Texas, Scott Bell of Gun Barrel City, Texas, Angelia Williams and husband Cliff of Fort Worth, Texas; stepchildren, Stacey Augustine and husband Kris of Plano, Texas, Holly McGee and husband Shawn of Garland, Texas; sister, Charlotte Howard of Frankston, Texas; brother, Don Howard of Palestine, Texas; grandchildren, Robert Bell III, and Joe Bell of Independence, Missouri, Chris Tesche, Lidia Tesche and Stephen Tesche of Sachse, Texas, Scotty Lewis, Autumn Lewis and Austin Lewis of Gun Barrel City, Texas, Christian Williams, Melissa Williams, Sarah Williams, Jeremiah Williams and Natalie Williams of Fort Worth, Texas, Alexandria McGee and Madison McGee of Garland, Texas, and Tyler Petree; great-grandchildren, Skylar, Branson and Mikalyn Lewis; and many other loving relatives and friends.

 Judith is preceded in death by her parents, Noble and Opal Howard; sisters, Pat Argo, Darlene Howard; and brother, Charles Howard.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Rowlett Cemetery in Plano, Texas.
